I have found a dish that suits my taste buds almost as much as a good juicy steak, cooked medium raw, with plain vegetables on the side, potatoes, beans, peas and carrots. Spanish food, along with alcohol, sport and charming women, is one of the great joys in life. Del Prado restaurant in Fulham is a fine example of the genre and truly a culinary venue to behold. Since discovering Del Prado two months ago I have been back on two subsequent occasions, just to make sure my initial opinion was not mistaken. I can assure that if anything the meals have continued to improve. My tastes, when it comes to Spanish food are relatively simple – Paella, paella, paella and perhaps a little more paella.
