Advantages: good car parking

Disadvantages: very poor on entrance service

Never been there before today, on entering there was no service(waiters) so I sat at a table with my friend. I looked around to see a blonde girl with ponytail,(Carly) so as she was not going to walk to me, I walked to her from the dining area to the bar,where I was told like a 2 year old to wait at the entrance to be told where to sit,it was 5pm on a Monday.I informed the waitress that I could not hear what she was shouting at me I was walking to her area, the bar and could she repeat, re the above. very poor greeting to a new customer.

Our visit was redeemed however by our allocated waitress, Maz ,Maria,lovely young woman, great service and genuine interest in her role.
As we were seated near the chefs area though, other peoples food sat for some time at the cooking area before being given to the customers, as this was only 5pm on a Monday I would not want to go there at a busy time and eat cold food.
Customers also were unhappy at the wait to pay as Carly whom appeared to be signed on to take the money frequently disappeared from view, other waitressess had to aplogise for her absence.
Would I go there again,dont know, we usually go to Vesuvio,s across the road,there you are guaranteed service and standards.
If the Directors read this, then why is there no corrective action being taken as I see you have similar problems with your other restaurants.
