There is a Frankie and Benny's only 5 minutes down the road from me and I have to have so much self control not to be going there every night.

The restaurant offers Italian/American food and has a wide selection to choose from with steaks, pizzas pastas burgers as well as other meals. All the meals also come with a choice of sides usually either fries or jacket potatoes which is good as you can always change the meals your eating here.

The deserts are to die for and again there is quite a selection, my personal favourite is the New York cheesecake as its sweet and very creamy, yet still has the airy quality to it which is what I love about cheesecake.

They have a bar here which serve the usual beers, lagers, sprits and alco-pops as well as a selection of cocktails eating in here always makes me feel in the holiday spirit and I think its because of these cocktails!

Frankies and Benny's can get busy on a Saturday night, so it's best to book before hand, but if you do just turn up then you'll be waiting around 30 minutes which is quite good, and like I say there's the bar there to keep you entertained.

The staff here are also friendly and do their best to make sure everything is perfect. They'll come over if they can see your drinks are empty to see if you want any more and also ask if the meals were ok and if there are any other sides you'd like.

I cant recommend this restaurant highly enough, the only drawback I would say is that it can be quite expensive especially if you like steaks etc, but as a treat to eat here once in a while it really is worth the money.

Summary: Nice place to eat out at
