Advantages: Lunch time deals

Disadvantages: Noisy, food isn't that nice and is overpriced

I have been to Frankie and Benny's on quite a few occasions and have been disappointed on nearly all of them.

The food is nothing particuarly special and personally i think that its overpriced for what it is. As for the service it is always very slow and not very friendly. I have found it really hard to get the waiters/waitresses attention for drinks/desserts etc.

It s a really noisy resturant aswell, i love the type of music that they play there but they have it on so loud you can't hear yourself think.

I do like the pictures that they have on the wall tho and the fact that they have 'learn italian' tapes playing whilst your in the toilet!

Overall it is not the best dining experience. The only good thing about it is the lunch time deals that they do, but i wouldn't recommend that youb go there in the evening

Summary: Really bad dining experience- i wouldn't recommend it
