After visiting the Coatbridge branch i can safely say that i wont be going to ANY of the branches again.

First of all, after sitting patiently for 20mins my boyfriend asked one of the waitresses (who was standing with her arms folded doing nothing) if someone could take our drinks order. She sighed and took the order, then proceeded to walk over to the other waitresses and call my boyfriend an a*se hole!! The till was only a few feet away, and she never even tried to keep her voice down.

After yet another long wait, our drinks arrived. 3 of them were fine but the 4th had paper floating in it. We sent it back, avoiding the waitress and went straight to the bar. Then the meal orders were taken.

We heard the waitress telling her friends what we had ordered and laughing about it. Emphisising that my boyfriend had ordered the bolognaise. Surprise surprise, that is not what he received. Instead he got an expensive pasta dish. We sent it back.

By this point, everyone was feeling very uncomfotable as the waitresses kept walking past us and glaring. Maybe we sound paranoid but it gets worse...

After the meal, we spoke the the manager. He went away and came back and said it was nothing personal and handed us the bill...£80!!! £80 for an uncomfortable meal.

We paid and my boyfriend went to hand the money to the waitresses. One of them said, rather loudly "There he is now" and took the money off him and proceeded to laugh at us as we walked out. My boyfriend went back in and spoke to the manager again, who did nothing as the waitresses laughed and glared at us. It was a horrible evening and no appologies were made, even when the wrong food arrived.
