What a delightful experience we had in this chinese restaurant in Chinatown. After theatre we spotted this airy and nicely decorated restaurant buzzing with a mixture of hearty diners. The atmosphere is great, the staff very friendly providing excellent recommendations for our meal. They stock a range of drinks from chinese teas to great champagnes. A la carte menu offers a wide variety of classic and speciality dishes including dimsum and vegetarian options. I feel comfortable when I first came into this restaurant, as there are staffs to give us a wrong welcome. The design of restaurant made us feel comfortable as full of light colours, light green and gold.

The food was good and there are many choices for us to choose, dim-sum, sea-food. All food was in very high standard, with good customer services. It is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever had the displeasure of eating in. To be fair, we did turn up near closing time, but we ordered quickly and thought we would be able to enjoy our meal at a reasonable pace. Instead, the staff stood over us like prison guards while we ate, and then cleared our plates while we were still chewing. As soon as we were finished they gave us the bill without us asking for it. Gerrard's Corner is a middle-sized restaurant in Gerrard street as the name implies. This opinion is based on one visit. I will add more information as soon as I get it. ATMOSPHERE: The decor of the restaurant is quite nice (pale green). When we first went there, we saw mainly European people there, which sometimes tells about the quality of the restaurant. But not necessarily. They do not use paper napkins, but one made of cloth. The chopsticks are made of plastic. Unfortuately we were surrounded by smokers and its a little bit noisy.
