Gourmet burger has captured the imaginations of burger lovers all over the country since it exploded into our high streets.

The gourmet burgers are simply enormous and must be eating in sections to prevent it all from falling apart. There is a large selection of meats and a healthy selection of vegetarian alternatives, which is always a good sign, in my opinion. The bread that the burgers are made with is of a high standard and is never dry. The meat is always cooked as you would like and I have never been disappointed.

The chips are absolutely delightful and work best with the blue cheese sauce. There is an interesting selection of beers, ciders and wines so you will be able to drink something exciting with your meal. There are often 2 for 1 vouchers on their website so I would always recommend checking before going out for a meal.

There are chicken, lamb, beef and vegetarian burgers. They are all combined with various toppings usually including a cheese and salad but with other bonus ingredients such as pesto, or cranberry.

Prices for a burger range from £7 to maybe £9 and they do not come with chips so you have to buy those additionally. They cost around £2.

The service is very good but no at table service apart from when you are seated and for drinks. Otherwise you must order at the till. This works well because your food comes quickly!

Summary: a great place for many occasions, would recommend to anyone!
