Advantages: Gorgeous food. Great offers. Friendly staff
Disadvantages: Zero
We ate at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen, or GBK for short, in Leeds last night before going to the cinema and as always, it was a very pleasant experience!
I was introduced to Gourmet Burger Kitchen about 6 months ago by a friend who had some vouchers and after the visit I joined the GBK gang at www.cravegbk.com and ever since then they keep on e-mailing me vouchers to use when I visit.
There seems to be hardly ever a time when there isn't an offer running! Great savings to be had here!
As you'd expect from a restaurant called Gourmet Burger Kitchen, the main choice on the menu is Burgers! Lots and lots of gorgeous Burgers! There are currently 28 different Burgers to be exact.
I haven't tried them all just yet, but the ones I have had have been delicious!
As well as their great burgers on the menu, there are also a selection of Salads and Smaller Burgers for those without a monster appetite. Their famous GBK Fries are great as you get a lot in a bowl and they are great to share for £2.75
The Burgers range from £5.95 for the Classic Burger to £9.95 for the delicious Buffalo Burger! And there is everything else in between! Chilli Burgers, Cheese Burgers, Garlic Mayo, Satay, Cajun, Habanero... so much choice!!!
Last night I had the Pesterella Burger which had Pesto, Mozzarella, Salad & Relish on it and it was gorgeous. The Burgers always taste fresh and you can specify how you want yours cooking. GBK are not skimpy with the Salad and it is always very fresh and crunchy.
The decor in the Restaurant is very clean and fresh and the atmosphere is always good. I love the big, white, back wall in the Leeds restaurant that is illuminated and changes colour all the time, very eye-catching!
Last night when we visited they were very busy but we were seated quickly and served not long after. The staff are always very helpful and polite and I really can't fault them at all.
The voucher that we had yesterday was for "Any 2 Burgers and a Bowl of Fries to share for £10". What a bargain! There are deals out there to be had so if you have a Gourmet Burger Kitchen near you, sign up to their mailing list and get some vouchers sent your way! It's well worth it.
C
Summary: If you like Burgers get yourself down to GBK! Remember to look for vouchers first to grab a bargain!
