Here's a review I wrote for another site called bview about Greggs. This review is based on my experience of using the store in St Helens:

Pros: This shop is in one of the main shopping arcades of the town so it is ideal to nip into if your feeling peckish whilst shopping in town. The shop has an open front because it is inside the mall, so there are no doors etc to negotiate. This is ideal for people with small children or babies in a pram - or even people with a lot of shopping bags. They have good deals on most of the time in here. You can get a meal deal where they let you pick a bag of crisps, a sweet, and a main bit of food such as a sandwich or sausage rolls as well as a drink for about £2.50.

Cons: The place is layed out in a kind of L shape. This means that to get to the counter to pay for your goods you have to funnel down the side of one of the other counters. On a busy day such as a saturday this can be really crammed as people are queueing alongside other people who are browsing. They could probably make better use of the space that they have. Sometimes, even though there is a fridge, some of the drinks are displayed in the cooling shelves, and can be a bit warm which is not ideal also.
