Advantages: Great deals, fantastic sandwiches.

Disadvantages: Bad Customer Service.

Greggs is normally my first choice for lunch when Im on my lunch break from work.

Their sandwiches are always fresh and filled to the edge (so they cannot be accused of skimping on quantity) and overall, very delicious. My personal favourite is the Chargrilled Chicken Ovalbite which has Chicken, tomato, lettuce, cucumber with a honey mustard mayo to add the zing effect. It is only £1.89 aswell and if you get any drink and packet of crisps, the meal deal brings that to £2.99

Although their hot foods (sausage rolls, steak bakes etc) are sometimes lukewarm, if you're lucky one day, you might catch them when they have just come out of the oven.

They also have a range of cakes, cookies and doughnuts ... just incase you fancy a Fat-Friday-treat.

I always find their shops to be bright and clean. They never seem to be running low of many things, which means they must stock up quite regularly.

On occasion, I have found some of thier staff to be rude when serving, not asking if I would like a bag or not saying thank you seems to be the main problems.

That being said, the sandwiches and the price will always keep me coming back for more.

Summary: Great prices for great meals.

What a shame that the staff at 'your' Greggs are so rude. Down here they couldn't be more polite and helpful. I like their bread too.
