Advantages: Best pasties, nice desserts

Disadvantages: Hate the long queues

A familiar name across the country in most shopping centres is Greggs! They are famously known for their bakery food and you can pick up some of the best bakery food of them at lunch. They are easy to notice with the blue logo and most of the time have people in queue's outside their bakery at lunch time all the time! You should always coming here at 12 o clock because its embarrassing waiting in such a long line at times!

I like Gregg's best for their cheese and onion pasties that does cost 80p now near a quid! At one time it used to be less than 50p but the prices are going up! They often have pasties ready every hour freshly baked which they serve out. They make some lovely pasties full of taste but sometimes they can be a little extra too hot!

The dessert selection includes cakes, biscuits, doughnuts, ice buns and a lot more variety. I love the taste of their desserts but think they charge a bit too much for them. You can also get sandwich's here best time to get them is at 4 o clock because they cut down the prices from 2.50 to 1.99 at the end of the day. Their sandwich's are not bad but if you can get them elsewhere then I would say get them elsewhere.

Gregg's customer service in every branch I have been to has always been fine. All their staff have been friendly and trained well this has been noticed well by me. I often give new staff Luncheon Vouchers to pay for my food and they do not ask their manager what to do with them as they already know!
