Gregg's bakery is extremely good quality They produce a wide variety of baked goods, sandwiches, pastries and savoury snacks. As well as stocking all the main crisps and drinks. Their lunchtime meal deal is particularly good value, containing a sandwich, drink and crisps of your choice for a very small price! It's good wholesome, filling food ... Read the complete review

Gregg the bakers have over thousand outlets, it started in Newcastle in 1930. There are ten shops alone in that city. I buy from Gregg's; I like the pasties and sausages. Gregg's sells sandwiches, quite a few selections of cakes, pizza slices, crisps, and cold drinks. Gregg is a popular store. At peak eating times have to ... Read the complete review

Good food fast, well if you ignore the mile long queues and the small amount of space in the shop that I always get stuck in when I go in one of the three Greggs on my local towns high street. Reasonably priced to compared to some other similar food places. It sells most things you would want for a quick snack or a healthyish ... Read the complete review

How many times do you find yourself in the middle of a busy high street and realise it's lunch time? Maybe it's just me but I always seem to time my shopping trips at the wrong time of the day and end up shopping right over lunch time. In the majority of high streets you will be faced with a huge variety of eateries offering a quick bite to ... Read the complete review

Gregg's was founded as a family bakery business on Tyneside in the 1930's by John Gregg. But it was only when John Gregg passed away during 1964, that under the careful supervision of Ian Gregg, the son of the deceased, the business truly began to flourish and develop. He embarked on an ambitious expansion plan, which would see multiple stores ... Read the complete review

Greggs I have to say that of all the sandwich shops in the world (subway included) Greggs is really the best thing since...well...sliced bread! Having just devoured a gorgeous Greggs sandwich, I felt impelled to write about how wonderful this establishment truly is!! Greggs began as a tiny little family bakery based on ... Nowadays, there seems to be such a big selection of places to eat out or get a quick snack. I love going to places like Subway and Starbuck’s but sometimes even they can mount up to a lot of money if you have to go every lunchtime. One place however, that I regularly go and still feel is great value for money is Greggs. They are a baker that have ... Read the complete review

I felt that I had to write about my experience at Gregg's sandwich shop, which has given me hours of endless pleasure. In particular the shop at St Andrew's Square. Cheese Savoury sandwiches are definitely the best sandwich around these days, but for a special snack why not try a Mexican's Navel. These are delicious, ... Read the complete review

Every time I go past my local Greggs I get a rumbling in my stomach. The smells of the fresh bread, the cakes and the pies. It's just so tempting and I end up going in and stuffing my face! I have one main weakness at Greggs - the chicken pasties. These are perfect. The sauce is lovely, the pastry is really fresh and warm. Ohhhh.... ... Read the complete review

The place i come from is not very large and has a limited number of shops in the area, so i had never really come across Greggs until i went to uni in the city. Being a student i never really have much time or energy to cook, therefore i would always find myself popping into town in my breaks to eat at McDonalds and Burger King! ... Read the complete review

Greggs, well in the bad old days I loved Greggs because of their cheese pasties and fudge doughnuts the latter of the two I'm still addicted too, even though they can be so mean with the custard in the middle which makes my blood boil when somehow I've taken too big a bite and missed the custard altogether. Though you must try ... Read the complete review

I always thought that Greggs were a country wide store, but it seems I was wrong and they seem to be based more in the North of the country. They seem to be branching out though as more and more places I visit seem to have a Greggs. Still, they are a pretty good bakers/sandwich/pie shop who all sell pretty decent quality, and more importantly ... Read the complete review

I am a semi-strict vegetarian. By this I mean that I do not eat meat but I do eat eggs and dairy products. Anyway, to go on to what I really wanted to write about. There is a Gregg the Bakers near to where I work. As their sandwiches are large and not expensive this Greggs became my regular lunch place. Most mornings I ... Read the complete review
