The harvester is a pub which serves food. I have two Harvesters near me. One in Chelmsford and one in Stanway.I have been to them on several occasions and never had a problem until today.

The Stanway branch is big and how ever busy it is I have not had a problem, apart from once I wanted Gammon and pineapple and they didn't have any pineapple, but it was no worries I had fried egg instead.

Today I went to the Chelmsford branch and for the first time I didn't really enjoy my experience.

The price is brilliant. If you get their before 6.30 you qualify for the 'earlybird' which is a meal for £4.99 and free unlimited salad.

Today was very busy. I had to wait 20 minutes for a table. That isn't the restraints fault as it is half term. But what the restraints fault was : on the salad cart they had no pasta which is my favorite. The peppers were either dirty or had sum brown stuff growing on them. My burger looked like it had been chucked together and the toilets had a dirty feel with the smell disgusting!

The customer service is always brilliant, the staff are very friendly. Considering how busy it was the food arrived in good time and tasted nice.

For 3 meals, salad and bread. With 3 drinks for £20 is very good value for money.

I will definitely use the harvester again and I hope I just caught them on a bad day not the sign of things to come.
