Country Hotel and Restaurant Lough Eske Donegal Town Hidden away in the middle of nowhere you will visit for a meal and want to stay for a week. It is off the beaten track a bit but well worth the long twisty narrow roads to get there, and finally to get such a brilliant view over the large boating lake right in front of the restaurant itself. The peace and tranquillity is so restful, and the walks in the surrounding area of the hotel are beautiful. They do a gorgeous Sunday carvery all year round for £12.95 Punts.
