Hotwok is a Chinese take away in the residential area of Splott in central Cardiff. It is situated on Carlisle Street which is a residential street, not a main shopping street so it isn't the first one you would find unless you know the area well. From the outside it is quite modest. There isn't any decoration, just the name on the window. The look of the place really doesn't do justice to the lovely food they make.
