Quite simply the best restaraunt in St Ives and definitely one of the best in Cornwall. Great staff, fantastic food and superb atmosphere. Very highly recommended. This is undoubtedly my favourite restaurant in St.Ives. It has a wonderfully cosy, warm atmosphere, fantastic food and accomodation. Situated on the harbour front in St.Ives, it is a three storey, narrow building that has granite steps up to the main restaurant area. Outside are a multitude of chalkboards with the regular dishes and specials. Inside is very small and cosy, with an old-fashioned theme of dark wood and dim lighting. The window seat is often taken, but well worth waiting for those who wish to view the harbour, the Godrevy lighthouse flashes and the moonlight on the sea! So romantic!!
