The height of sandwich cuisine! It's not on the beaten track, but Hudson's - on the top floor of ritzy shopping centre City Plaza, near Rackham's - is Birmingham's best! Waiters dressed in frock coats serve you either on the 'pavement' of the indoor arcade, or in old armchairs in a ramshackle drawing room decorated with old playbills.
