I have not got much experience of comedy clubs. So I haven't really got anything to compare the Jongleurs experience with. However I have to say on the night I went there as part of a party I had a fantastic night and thoroughly enjoyed myself. However there were areas of the clubs service that left alot to be desired. It was my friends ... Read the complete review

A few of us went to Jongleurs in Birmingham last week and had a rubbish time! Went with a friend who paid for the tickets for his birthday and pretty much the same as others, STOP LAUGHING OR YOUR OUT! I am amazed that if you can't laugh in a comedy club, where can you! More like stop breathing and your out! The table behind us, full ... Read the complete review

Went to Jongleurs in Glasgow on a work team night out and went in with high expectations having seen Jongleurs Unleashed on the tv and having spoken to friends who had been before and said it was a great club to go to and always a laugh but how wrong they were. Having taken our seats we decided to order some snacks and some drinks and I was ... Read the complete review

A very funny line up combined with a nice venue, large enough without being too impersonal. We were in the standing room area which was well positioned and a pleasant place to be. However, a member of staff continually harassed those in the area for various issues including joining in with the jokes too loudly!!! She 'removed' several ... Read the complete review

I had never been to a comedy club and I’m sure I wasn’t in the minority. I had always imagined them to be dark, smoky little rooms with a bright light pointing at the stage, upon which stood a young hopeful trying to make people laugh with old gags. Its not that I never wanted to go, but really never had the chance - it’s not the ... Read the complete review

I go to jongleurs about 6 times a year and I always go to the camden venue. Tickets are about £14. Drinks are reasonably priced. and the food is not that bad (chicken and chips kinda thing) Normally there is a compare and about 4/5 acts (Some famous some not so famous.)and then after all that they clear the tables & chairs and ... Well, not entirely accurate as it happens, which is fortuitous because it means I can probably scrape up 75 words to review the place. So... the Jongleurs I went to is in Clapham, and the venue itself was fairly large. The decor wasn't exactly much to speak of, as it was basically a rundown, bare floorboarded, simple wooden benches ... Read the complete review
