Visited KFC recently just on the outskirts of Wellingborough Northants adjacent to the A45. Wish I hadn't bothered. My wife and I are both partial to the KFC Zinger tower burger and regularly call in for our favourite treat not always at the same KFC. Went to the counter and orders 2 tower burgers and paid for them. When the order was finally presented to me they had put 2 normal burgers and not the tower burger as ordered. I pointed this out to the young man serving us and he took the whole tray away eventually coming back to the counter with 2 mini zinger burgers. I told him again that this was not the correct order and he asked me to sit at a table while he sorted it out. Eventually after quite a wait the correct meal was sent to the table. This time the whole meal was only luke warm and not hot as it should be. I took it back to the counter and complained about the service we had received and the whole meal was replaced with a fresh meal. It was a bit warmer but not hot as I hoped it would have been but by this time we were so fed up with the hassle that we reluctantly ate the burger only to find the fries were now cold. We left shortly afterwards vowing never to return to a KFC.

I'm not sure who to blame the restaurant we visited or KFC management for not having a stringent checking policy but what ever we wont be going back.
