OK so until 4 weeks ago i had never set foot inside a KFC outlet before, Mcdonalds was a tried and trusted old friend. I was bullied by my friends and so eventually relented and I was pleasently surprised, I've been at least once a week ever since.

The coating whatever it is that they put on the chicken really is yummy.

They've got the usual kids meal, but also they sell individual pieces of chicken, then various chicken burgers and my firm favorite the chicken twister, its great delicious strips of crispy chicken with lettuce and tomato and a yummy mayonnaise all wrapped in a delicious tortilla. They also have a family feast bucket filled with enough chicken to feed an army, chips and a dessert all for £9.99. You can get a meal for about £3.50 and for an extra 30p you can "go Large"

They have the usual selection of drinks and they offer chips rather than fries which is great for those of us who watch the calories (ok so it's not that much better but I'm trying to convince myself).

All in all i wish i had discovered it years ago :)
