A. KFC dont give you everything you order
McDonalds doesn't fill you up
Burger King are too slow at serving
Hope no one minds me saying that. Thats just my opinion from what i have experienced in my life!!!
When ever i go to KFC whether it is through the drive through or actually inside, they never ever give us the food we have ordered!
How many other people does this happen to?
They nearly always forget to put the side order in, sometimes they give us the wrong chicken burgers and sometimes they've even missed out the Avalanches!!! Of course we dont realise this til we get home and by the time it would take to drive back to KFC to get it our food would be cold!!!! It is getting beyond a joke though now - the amount of times it happens. Whenever we order through KFC, we always stand around for a couple of minutes checking we have everythin!!!! It is so ridicoulous. Why is it always KFC? It is never Mcdonalds or Burger King!!!!
There have been the odd times though when they have managed to get the correct order - about 1 in every 20 times or so!!!!
Maybe its because it's so busy - I mean the one we go to is in Peterborough, which is quite busy and sometimes there are very long queues but surely these incidents should not be tolerated especially since we pay for our times and dont receive them!!!
We have now got fed up with it and usually go to Burger King instead though they are very slow!!!!
It would be interesting to see if anyone else in the UK has the same problem!! If not, then Peterborough needs to get some better and unforgetful staff!!!
Sorry - i just had to get this off my chest!!! Even though we dont get what we order - the food tastes very nice and is a cheaper and quicker alternative to restaurants.:) I suppose if i got £1 for every cock-up they made with our order - i'd be the richest lady on t
his earth :)
They do wonderful food and it would be a wonderful take away/restaurant if they always give you what you order!!!!

- 24/07/02 I've only had this problem once with KFC - perhaps because noone ever seems to use the Newcastle branch, so it is always really quiet in there. And the staff are less surly than in MCd's! |
