Basically it works off buckets and meals, ideally for a family you would buy a bucket deal which can consist of popcorn chicken, chicken breast, thighs or and wings, fries, sides (corn on the cob, beans or coleslaw) and usually a bottle of pop also. Now it's often baffled me why they offer you beans and coleslaw as a side however I suppose a lot of people like this, for ... more

KFC is a popular fast food chain that sells chicken, if you want chicken you go to 2 places, Nando's or if you want it fast and in a take out box, you come to KFC. Now my parents used to love KFC when they was younger, however we don't tend to have it as much anymore we tend to go to McDonalds instead if we want anything. We went to KFC a while back and I think if you haven't ate this for a while you do enjoy it a lot more. Basically it works off buckets and meals, ideally for a family you would buy a bucket deal which can consist of popcorn chicken, chicken breast, thighs or and wings, fries, sides (corn on the cob, beans or coleslaw) and usually a bottle of ...  Read the complete review

@ About, The store & Staff @ I often visit KFC for lunch and dinner, and generally speaking their stores are quite clean and tidy. Their stores have plenty of tables and there are self serve counters in most stores now. The self serve screens are easy to use and you have a multi-selection layout where you can add or remove from your order. When you have finished placing your order you dont wait anymore than 3 minutes for your food, and sometimes much less time than that. The counter is uncluttered and very occasionally, they will do special deals and discounts on their food. Value for money where the smaller burgers are concerned, is a little ...  Read the complete review

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC): What a performance (265 words)

Visited KFC recently just on the outskirts of Wellingborough Northants adjacent to the A45. Wish I hadn't bothered. My wife and I are both partial to the KFC Zinger tower burger and regularly call in for our favourite treat not always at the same KFC. Went to the counter and orders 2 tower burgers and paid for them. When the order was finally presented to me they had put 2 normal burgers and not the tower burger as ordered. I pointed this out to the young man serving us and he took the whole tray away eventually coming back to the counter with 2 mini zinger burgers. I told him again that this was not the correct order and he asked me to sit at a table while he ...  Read the complete review

KFC is most certainly my favourite fast food restaurant, I just love the original recipe chicken with its amazing secret spice mix coating. My favourite meal has to be the variety meal with its two or three pieces of chicken, two hot wings, fries and a drink. I do like the burgers especially the fillet burger but I am always drawn to the original recipe chicken. KFC does tend to be a little more expensive than its rival fast food outlets such as McDonalds and Burger King but at least you know you are getting whole pieces of chicken and not mechanically reformed meat as with most burgers brought elsewhere. The average meal now in KFC tends to be ...  Read the complete review

My eating habits are pretty shameful but I do realise especially as I get a little older that I need to make some changes. At the moment I will very often eat microwaveable ready meals or pay a visit to one of my local take away restaurants. There are quite a few to choose from including Indian and Chinese take aways, a really great kebab shop which does fantastic chips with cheese on top, a greasy spoon café for all day breakfasts and of course with there being one or two McDonalds very close to me I have often purchased all kinds of food from their menu as well. Not as often as McDonalds do I visit KFC but sometimes I really hanker for their chicken which ...  Read the complete review
