It has been on Wilmslow Road for so many years and still is one of the top restaurants in Manchester. With the choice of picking restaurants being difficult in Manchester you can bet on Lal Qila to provide you with some fantastic quality food. I have ate here now 5 times and my last visit was on the 5th of August with my friends last month. We was greeted inside here and did not have the trouble of looking for a table. The ‘Curry Mile’, situated along Wilmslow Road, Rusholme, Manchester has long been renowned for it’s excellent selection of restaurants offering the finest Indian (or Bangladeshi, Pakistani, any other region around the Indian sub-continent) cuisine. I had my first visit there in 1994 and although I live in neighbouring Liverpool, I try to get across there regularly. Although it is a bit of a drive, the food is excellent and it makes a nice change. Enough of that. The best restaurant I have been to in Rusholme is Lal Qila.
