Lawnswood Arms (Leeds) Reviews
Newest Review: ... salt content. I ordered my son Fish fingers, jacket potato and beans and was disappointed to find the fish was over cooked and the presentation was not great. Nevertheless my son wolfed it down and it did the trick. There is a great choice of starters with my favourite being the nachos with chicken. With an extensive variety of main courses the decision is always a hard one, do I choose fish and chips or a burger and you always want to make sure you have room for desssert. There is a great choice for vegetarians and it's reasonably priced. The portions are relatively big so you won't be disapppointed. You may wonder why I say the food is ... more

The Lawnswood Arms is a friendly family pub type restaurant. If you are looking for a family place this is the place to visit. It's roomy and plenty of highchairs. If you are looking for great food then I'd say this is ok. The kids menu has a great selection stating the fat and salt content. But the meals are delicious if you like steak, their sirloin is the best, served with mushrooms, fries and a side salad and done to your taste for less than £10, what more do you want. Childrens meals are less than £5 and a good assortment is offered on the regularly changed menu. If you like three or four courses, no problem theres always a good selection of starters and desserts. Set on the outskirts of Leeds in the ... Read the complete review

Food doesn't taste great sadly
Great vibe and ambience. Super waterside views. Really friendly service.
Likely to be noisy and very busy. Toilets a bit grim. Service charge.
