Disadvantages: Doesn't look/feel clean.
We stopped at the Fourwentways Little Chef on a long journey, after difficulties getting into an earlier service station en route. If we hadn't have needed a 'comfort break' we would have passed by [and would have felt better]
Toilets were unimpressive - wet floors, unlockable doors, cobwebs, no soap and highly 'perfumed' in an unpleasant way. The table was sticky, and the staff too busy to get any pleasure from their work, making them look pretty much as miserable as they felt. The bacon butty was OK, and the sauce tray looked good. All in all, in the location it had, the place has plenty of potential, and with good management could be a good service stop-off, but currently, it looks like the staff are disorganised, demoralised and over worked.
