I can't believe that a restaurant could serve such nasty tasting food and get away with it. The drinks were diluted. The food was owful. The chicken did not taste like chicken and looked off. Another dish we ordered tasted as if they had put chemicals in it that should be used to clean floors. The taste of the food made us feel physically sick. We were so horrified with the food we had to leave without eating. Ruined a perfectly organised evening.Personally i think the restarant should be closed down!!! to prevent anyone else going through what we experienced.

Very poor experience again. We gave this restaurant a second chance. Dreadful service, slow and miserable staff. The chicken in cashew nuts with yellow bean sauce was dry, tough and not even hot....We had to ask twice for a wine cooler for the bottle of white wine, and wait an eternity for very average to poor food. Never again !!

DO NOT go to this resturant unless you want rude service, food which never arrives and being man-handled by the waiters. After we placed our order, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes during which time we only received our soup. We were contantly told by our waiter that "The food is coming in 5 to 10 minutes!". We eventually got fed up and decided to leave, after giving the resturant fair warning. As we were leaving, the waiter told us that the kitchen had not even started cooking our order!!! We were then told that we had to pay for our soup because "we had consumed it!" at which point the waiter decided to man-handle me because I refused to pay ... Read the complete review

The set meal was extremely expensive for the food that arrived. The food was mediocre. Worst was the high pressure sales pitch - we were asked if we wanted more drinks many more times than was necessary, also dessert menu was brought to us yet a dessert was already part of the set meal. The bill included a 10% service charge and the person paying was asked for a tip! If you want a good value chinese meal, i would recommend you find another restaurant.

We go regularly to Chinese restaurants in Central London for Dim Sum. We have sampled Dim Sum in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malasia and Toronto. This compares favourably. The food was very goodGood value for moneyThe service was excellent and attentiveThe toilets cleanWe will recommend it to family & friendsWe certainly will returnAdditional advantage of parking available

Freshly cooked quality food . Excellent Service . Good all - round facilities in the store.
Prices higher than you might normally expect for an in - store eating place .
Not a fan of the school canteen dining
Nice enough food with reasonably generous portions. Discount vouchers fairly prevalent.
Stressed manager. Empty pepper-pots. Poor online reservation system.
