Lucy's on a Plate is a cafe/restaurant in Ambleside. During our recent holiday to the Lake District my family and I spent a lot of time in Lucy's. We were there nearly every day of our holiday either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If I'm totally honest we were there because my family liked it. It's not that I didn't like the restaurant but I thought it was severely lacking in certain areas. -Restaurant/Cafe- Although Lucy's is described as being a restaurant and a cafe (and has the prices of a restaurant) it looks and feels more like a cafe.
