When Lussmans restaurant first opened in St Albans I decided to avoid it at all costs! The most prominent thing that I noticed about the reviews and menus was that it was "bistro style eating". For some reason this made me think of 1980s small restaurants that favoured boil in the bag, meat based meals. How wrong could I be! ~~the surroundings~~ I first tried Lussmans almost by accident - looking for anywhere that had a last minute table on a Friday night.
