This is an opinion of what happens to Bars & Restaurants that arrive already praised in the press, even before they have opened. Whilst Mash & Air was being built, the international magazine, Vogue proclaimed that it was "...the place to be seen in Manchester." Quite how they'd come to that conclusion I don't know. Mash & Air, don't go there unless you want to queue outside, and then mingle with a bunch of pretty desperate wannabees, I have been in there several times in my Manchester days, only because I had a friend working there I have to add. The seats were uncomfortable, the drinks way over priced, London prices up north is a good way of describing it, the food wasn't too bad but if you ate upstairs in the VIP section you had to pay through the nose.{ VIP means various soap stars}... ...
