This is an opinion of what happens to Bars & Restaurants that arrive already praised in the press, even before they have opened. Whilst Mash & Air was being built, the international magazine, Vogue proclaimed that it was "...the place to be seen in Manchester." Quite how they'd come to that conclusion I don't know. Unless the people who had informed them were some trendy construction workers in DKNY hard hats and Armarni steel toe-cap boots. So, in finishing. Goodbye and good riddance to Mash & Air, don't let London press liggers dictate what is hot and what is not, in a city that they have probably never even been to. It has recently been turned into a Jongleurs bar & restaurant for the comedy minded. I might go and try it and give you my opinion.

The seats were uncomfortable, the drinks way over priced, London prices up north is a good way of describing it, the food wasn't too bad but if you ate upstairs in the VIP section you had to pay through the nose.{ VIP means various soap stars}...
