Back in the mid 1970s, there was a buzz going around about the newest "culinary" (for want of a more appropriate word) indulgence from the USA. The subject of this buzz was none other than our now institutional McDonalds, which was standing in line, all set to enthral and replace the "scampi & chips in a basket" 1970s pub food culture. i thought i would also take this opportunity to discuss my pleasant experiences at Muck Donalds! first lets start with some general issues like the fact you have to wait 15-20 minutes behind biggest group of chavs everytime you get enticed by the wafting smell of over-sugared burgers, which surely defies the point of it being Fast Food. My Second gripe is the burger never looks like the lovely photo on the wall. by the time you receive your meal it looks like its been kicked up and down the high street by the greasy kids in the back.
