This is the only category I could find for McDonalds.

I have to tell you about the McDonalds in Manchester. Mainly because if you have a child in a buggy dont even think about going there.

I was in Manchester today and thought I would kill some time and get a drink in the McDonalds on Market Street. Well what a fiasco. There is no access for people with buggies or disabled people, the doors are heavy to open and once you got in the restaurant there are only stairs down to the cash desks. There were some assistants loitering around and all of them completley ignored me.

I tried to get anyones attention to help to no avail. Needless to say I quickly left and went somewhere else, much easier to access and with much friendlier staff.

I'm sure the food is great but if you've got a buggy or a wheelchair I would avoid this branch

Macdonalds need to train their staff better and maybe think about the kind of people they employ, with better training and incentive schemes this sort of behaviur will be ironed out, it is fairly typical of all Macdonalds staff!
