Advantages: Tasty, Good range of meals, Hygienic, Clean usually, Staff are satisfactory in general

Disadvantages: Not very healthy at all

McDonald's is a very popular fast-food restaurant and you will find restaurants around the UK, with the current value being 1225 in the UK alone. McDonalds have spread their restaurants worldwide so you will now find them across Europe in countries like Spain, France, Germany and of course there are plenty in America. McDonalds are found in almost every country as far as I know.

Their food isn't of superb quality but it's tasty, cheap and they offer a good variety of things to choose from, which is good. McDonalds are easy to locate using their website where you can enter an address to find a local store and you can also easily see them along streets as they have a bright red and yellow 'M' sign outside.

Their restaurants are generally kept quite clean with cleaners always going around wiping tables and the kitchens are hygienic from what I have seen and heard. There is obviously the odd occasion where they're not that hygienic but this happens in all restaurants.

So, onto the food. You can buy a range of meals from them, which include a burger, fries and a drink. You can specify the size of your drink and fries depending on how hungry you are and how much you want to pay. They don't charge much more in comparison if you order a larger drink or fries. The burgers they offer include the famous Big Mac (2 burgers in a bun with a piece of bread inbetween, cheese and pickle with lettuce). They also do a McChicken Sandwich, which is a chicken burger with mayonaise and lettuce. You can also buy other meals such as McChicken Nuggets, which are simply chicken nuggets in batter. All of their food tastes great and they do offer quite a lot. For desert, you can buy fresh fruit or their famous McFlurry ice cream, which is really tasty and available in a range of flavours.

McDonalds is good in the way it's quick and cheap considering a meal will definitely fill you up. I am rather suprised by how salty the fries have become over the years so if you don't like salt at all, you definitely won't like their fries! Then again, I still prefer them to Burger King's fries. McDonalds also offer a drive-thru service, where you can drive your car up to the window to make your order and proceed to the next window to collect your order within no time. Overall, it's a great restaurant.
