Advantages: QUICK, CONVENIENT
Disadvantages: POOR NUTRITION
Well, if you don't know what McDonalds is then you must be an Eskimo. I mean, don't quote me on this but I think I can safely say they haven't put one at the North Pole yet!
McDonalds is the Daddy of all fast-food restaurants and I think we've all been in there at some time or other.
They sell burgers, fries, milk shakes, sundaes and one of my personal favourites 'The Big Breakfast' I think you have to be in the mood for a Mackies and if you go at the busy times the queues can be horrendous.
You can get a cheeseburger for as little as 99p or you can pay up to £4 ish for a meal (which incorporates your sandwich, fries and a drink).
I rarely go as often as I did, but if I do I stick to the chicken as I've had a few dodgy burgers here and there. If you need a quick fix then it can hit the spot, but I would recommend not making a habit of eating there. The film, 'Super-Size Me' certainly opened my eyes to the poor quality of a regular McDonalds diet.
Overall McDonalds is a pleasant place to eat and the kids will always love it. The restaurants are bright and the staff are usually cheerful and helpful. They also provide seating for babies and are very child friendly. You can also pocket the odd extra Ketchup to pop in your cupboard at home for that domestic emergency. Or is it only me who does that? (blush)
Summary: OK FOR A QUICK FIX BUT NOT A REGULAR THING
