Mcdonalds by a vegetarian (McDonald's)

Advantages: Chips taste amazing, clean

Disadvantages: no vegetarian products, bad for you!

As a vegetarian, I dont really like the idea of mcdonalds. They did at one point do a quite tasty vege bean burger, however I now cant find this in mcdonalds anywhere.

Why you ask would a vegetarian review mcdonalds. Well the mcdonalds in leeds town centre is open 24 hours on the weekend. They make chips, which is what I crave after a night of drinking, I cant sleep if I dont have something to eat after a night out, as all the alcohol is sloshing around.

So what we tend to do, is someone buys a meal, 2 cheeseburgers for price of one if you have a student card! Then I eat the chips, contributing to the meal. They are so nice and salty, and they are probably cooking in animal fat but to be honest Im not the sort of vegetarian who worries about that. I just dont like eating actual meat.

Mcdonalds are a worldwide fast food chain. They recently revamped their resturants, to be green instead of red. This was alongside the introduction of healthier meals such as sandwiches, salads and steaks instead of burgers.

The resturants do look nicer, even in the middle of the night on a saturday the place is clean, staff constantly wipe tables and put any stray rubbish in the bin. The bins are emptied regularly. So staff wise Im impressed. They are polite and quick to get you your order.

I think some food is overpriced but then you are paying for convenience. When I was younger and not vegetarian I used to enjoy their burgers and they had a moreish flavour to them. You always leave mcdonalds wanting another of whatever you ordered!

Summary: Only when drunk!
