McDonald's but badly done (McDonald's)

Advantages: Good value food, great menu, promotional menus regularly offered, tasty burgers

Disadvantages: Poorly made food, staff who are not interested, missing items from take outs, dirty restaurants

McDonald's is the hugely successful fast food chain which has become a global sensation thanks to cheap burger meals but over recent years the fast food giant has come in for a lot of stick in the media over the health affects it is having on the young and old alike.
McDonald's is one of those places that you visit as a treat every so often but recently the restaurant I visit has been poor to say the least. I have had take out orders with half the order missing, poor quality food, cold chips, card machines hardly ever working, children allowed to run around like mad knocking chairs over with no staff caring and worst of all have seen ants on more than one occassion and told them of this (the ants have been on the muffins and all they do is take that away for a couple of days and "clean it" but don't actually clean anything else in the restaurant). I have seen on numerous occassion staff members nearly slip over due the floors being in such a bad way aswell.

Positives:

- Cheap and fast food
- Tasty food (if made well)
- Good variety of menu
- Different size meals available
- Regular promotional menus

Negatives:

- Long queueing times
- Card machines not well maintained (cracked screens and hardly ever work)
- Take out orders regularly missing items
- Poorly made food more regular than in the past
- Unclean restaurants
- Staff who don't seem interested
- Staff don't stop poorly behaved children (I have witnessed numerous food fights, young children knocking chairs over and sitting on counters with nothing said)

McDonald's is a place used to enjoy getting food from but of late I have completely gone off visiting their restaurants and find that their has been a massive drop in quality and care.

Summary: McDonald's used to be a fast food restaurant I enjoyed but no longer
