Advantages: Cheap food, consitant over the world, taste's good for a bit

Disadvantages: Does terrible things to your body and to the world in general

McDonalds quite simply is the fast food resteraunt I love to hate.

McDonalds, as I'm sure you will know are a fast food company that has quickly spread across the globe due to its cheap meals and huge number of restraunts combined with lots and lots of advertising!

When it comes to McDonalds I am massive hypocrit, I hate with passion, the amount of harm that massive companies such as McDonalds are doing to the world. I hate the fact the food is so bad for you, and with a medium meal you can quite easily top 100% of your daily requirements of saturated fat and salt, which are both very damaging to you when consuming over the RDA (reccomended daily allowance). However I still eat at McDonalds, because at the end of the day, it is cheap food that fills you up for a little while and when you are in an unfamiliar place you know exactly what you are getting. A big mac is a big mac, which ever country you are in.

The food does taste good while you eat it, but boy does it make you feel ill afterwards. I would love to say I will never eat McDonalds again, but I'm afraid I know that will never happen.
