Advantages: Good range of foods.

Disadvantages: none from me

I am a fan of Mcdonalds, my partner likes KFC, so of course my first review will be for Mcdonalds lol!!

I like the fact that Mcdonalds are very child friendly, the resturants have little chiild sized tables and some have those bead toy things for the little 'uns to play with :o)

There is a wide varity of food and it pretty much caters for most people.
From burgers such as the Big Mac with it's top secret sauce to the McChicken Sandwich, the Fillet'o'Fish to Deli items and salads.
They also do a breakfast range which is available from 5.30am/6am up untill 10.30am in most resturants.

They do a Pound Saver range where you can pick up around 9 different items for 99p except the Double Cheese Burger which is priced at £1.19.

The Happy Meals for the children are great too, you get to choose from the following ~ chicken nuggets, cheese burger, hamburger or fish fingers, then a choice of fries, carrot sticks, a fruit bag, and then your choice of drink...milkshake, fruit shoot, organic milk, orange juice, soft drinks such as cola, fanta etc or water. They cost £1.99 each which I find a really good price.

Most Mcdonalds also conviently have a drive through which can make things so much easier when it is full in the resturant itself.

My opinion ~~~~

Overall I find Mcdonalds a fun place to take the kiddies, we go atleast once a month and they love it. Even my middle boy who is a fussy eater loves it! My youngest asks for a Mcdonalds nearly every day though when we pass it!! I find that although the food it quite filling it doesn't particulary fill me for long and I will be hungry within 2 hours of finishing a big meal! Saying that though there have been times when I won't eat again untill late at night after having a meal at around 3pmish!
I have yet to have a bad experience with Mcdonalds as I have always found any one I have gone to, to be very clean and the staff are usually quite helpful.

I went into one not long ago whilst going on holiday and it was really modern and trendy. I think they do try to keep up with the trends.


Overall I find the prices to be rather reasonable too and they do bring out new products every now and again which are delicious but then thye dissapear for another year!

I also have built up quite a nice collection of the cola glasses they bring out in the summer!

Summary: Great treat for the kids now and again
