Thats the thing you see, I am still asking myself this question today. Did he ? Well I know ill never know, so to speak.

Thankfully I didnt eat them.

You see, I think it was sometime last October, I went in to my local BigM for a McChicken sandwhich meal. But instead of ordering my usual, I seen a little sign that read "SPECIAL OFFER- McDonalds Australian Style Onion Rings- Only 69p". Normally little things like this dont bother me, but maybe it was, well the Kangoroo, yes, maybe that got my attention. Hmm. Anyway. I got the little aussie rings, and sat dwon to enjoy them. BUT, what i discovered when I opened the skippy labelled cardboard box was.........

........what appeared to be saliva on my rings. Then I looked up at the lad who had just served me, and was it me, or is he grinning at me? No its just my mind I thought, then I looked again and he looked like skippy the bush kangoroo. At this time I just threw the onion ovals in the bin, and made a dash for it.

I still dont know what happened that day, was it something I drank the night before??

Anyway enough of my fast food outback tale, on to the good stuff, the BIG M its self...

First up FOOD, the main reason we walse under the golden arches and into our must trusted fast food chain. I think this is why we keep going back and back. The fries are perfect, the burgers are nothing but delicious. The milkshakes are creamed to perfection, in fact even the sauces are damn fine. A little recipe for you Mac-E-dee goers to try, by a normal hamburger, some fries and a sachet of sweet curry sauce. Get rid of all the crap of the burger, ie. the not so tasty gerkin. Now cram as many fries under its bursting bun, and put the sauce on to the chips. Now you have the ultimate burger: i shall call it. James' Burger-da la-curry mit beef.

The SERVICE is usally good, but at peak times you may have to wait for your food. For example if your dead picky and
want your big mac without the lettuce, a wait of 10mins could be flung your way. Also when the changeover time in the morning occurs: the breakfast to normal food swtich. You may have to wait a while, I have had instincers where they dont stop serving breakfast until 12 o clokc. SHOCK HORROR !!! Another thing, which most people dont realise, is if you are waiting in line for more than 10mins, maybe its 5, im not sure....you can get your food free. Just read their company leaflets and infomation. Try it next time you are kept waiting on a hungry tum tum.

The restaurents are usally clean, and the staff are usally freindly, except the demon skippy lad. However when its real busy, its not common to find a table which has been cleaned.

The drive thrus are also very efficent and car parking facilities are usually very adequate.

Now the last thing I shall discuss is the reason we dont like McDonalds: the PRICE! I dont know about yourselves, but when I am ordering my meal, I always think what a rip off it really is. Just think what you could get from your local chippy for about £4 ! The profits the McBig Cheeses are making is probably unimaginable, however myslef, and millions of other continue to fead this fast food runaway chain....or maybe train sounds better.

The COMPETITON- well lets see, what have you got, erm Burger King- aka cardboard burgers. KFC- where I nearly got killed by a dodgy chicken bone. Its got to be McDonalds, any day off the week, whenever you need them they are there, but at a price of course.
