Firstly I'll start on the timing of the delivery which was over an hour and half late, I had to chase this up with them as they didn't have the decency to even call to say it would be late! Got through to a guy who had no knowledge of my order even when i confirmed my order number, the guy was rude and kept me waiting on the phone for a further 20 mins still denying the fact I placed an order through them and then fobbed me off with the driver has disappeared with all the orders, whatever this meant?! He then offered to take my name and number to give me a call back and when I asked when this would be he said "might be tonight"??? Well I bloody hope it is as I've paid via debit card and want my food preferably tonight!! Anyway in the end I called just eat helpline and thankfully they sorted this out for me (with no thanks from Miss MIllies or more importantly no apology!) when the food was eventually delivered, the drive was rude and seemed to be high on something by the way he was acting! Overall my food was cold, soggy and wet from the rain, it tasted very appalling and most of it ended up in the bin, apart from the can of coke!! PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE EXPECTING NICE FOOD, ONTIME SERVICE OR PLEASANT DELIVERY DRIVERS/KITCHEN WORKERS! A waste of £16 that i will never get back, however it's there lost on my service as I will NOT be ordering there again and will make this known to everyone! Disgraceful!!
