Mr Chippy is (you've guessed it!) a fish & chip shop on Swinegate in York City Centre. It is just a few short streets away from the famous York Minster. Stepping inside the restaurant side of the business (the take-away chip shop is next door) I noticed it looked a bit more up-market than your average chippy... Not really posh, but unusually nice for a chip shop. The walls are white and are decorated with large brown canvas artworks (all pretty much the same).
