Unproffesional service, bland food, overpriced (Nandos)

Disadvantages: Nothing good there to steal to compensate yourself for the ordeal.

When I visited Nandos, in Colchester I was shocked by bad service, never mind the bland, overpriced food, I could have dealt with rubbish food! The waiter made a big mistake on our order, which I noticed before the food arrived. When I took the receipt back to the till and asked nicely for it to be corrected, the manager refused as they had already made the salad - which I said I didn't want and did not order! And that it would be impossible to give me my money back and give me the food I wanted instead!!! It was nasty and embarrassing. The meal came to £32.35 which was not reflected by the quality of service we got. I complained in writing soon after and received no reply. Not recommended. If they hadn't already took my cash at the start I'd never have paid. Appalling. No star rating.

Summary: Daylight robbery.
