Advantages: The quality of the food and the prices

Disadvantages: Nando's is so good, when its busy you can be in for a long wait for a table

Nando's first started in 1987 in South Africa. Then five years later in 1992, it arrived in the UK. Nando's has gone from strength to strength and now has 203 resturants in the UK alone.

** What is Nandos**

Nandos is a chicken restaurant which specialises in peri-peri marinated flamed chicken. The chickens are basted to your taste with either extra hot, hot, medium or lemon and herb or the new one mango and lime. I have always gone for the lemon and herb, and i even find that hot lol.

Nandos chicken are always the finest chicken, and have never been frozen before. They are all marinated for 24 hours in the peri-peri sauce.

The menu is big and gives you a wide range of choice. You can have a whole chicken to half/1/4. If you don't fancy chicken on its own, you can order chicken in pitta, or maybe a chicken burger.

Nandos also offer veggie burgers and pittas, such as Mushroom & Halloumi Cheese Burger, Mushroom & Halloumi Cheese Pitta or maybe a Beanie Pitta. You can also order various sides, these are chips, spicy rice, corn on the cob, garlic bread or coleslaw.

Sometimes when i go to Nandos i don't always fancy my usual chicken in pitta, i have gone for one of the salads, Caesar Salad. This was delicious with the chicken coooked the Nandos way.

If you go with a large group, Nado's offer platters to share. These consist of either a full platter, meal platter, jumbo platter or wing platter.

When you walk into Nando's you are shown to your table, and always asked if you have been to Nandos before. This is because you are given a table number, and need to go up to the front desk to order, also if your not familar with the different chicken spices levels you can have, they happily explain it to you.

When your foods ready it is brought to your table, however do not forget to pick up your sauces, cutlery, and napkins. These are always located near where you pay.

Drinks - You have a wide range of drinks, from soft drinks, hot drinks, beer and cider, and wine. If you fancy a soft drink, you can get an unlimited refill, this is great when eating all the tasty food at Nandos.

** Whats so great about Nando's**

I love Nando's, everything you order is always of great quality, and with the fun atmosphere you always find in Nando's, you always enjoy your meal. The prices in Nando's is another thing that makes Nandos top of my list of resturants, you can have a big meal, and still it only comes to £20.

The food is always brought to your table very quickly, and the staff at all the resturants i have visted have been very helpful and you are always served with a smile. However busy Nando's is, it never seems to get to the staff, and are always great regardless.

The only disadvantages about Nando's is it can be extremely busy and you might be in for a long wait for a table because you are unable to pre book a table prior to your visit. However, this doesn't stop me visiting because the food is so delicious, i'm always happy with the wait.

Summary: If you love chicken, you will love Nandos.
