Nando's how I love thee!

Nando's chains are dotted all over the country, quite often near cinemas or other entertainment complexes. I hadn't ever been to one before 2005 maybe, and I really feel I've missed out.

The format of Nando's is that you are given a table and once you have chosen what you want to eat you go and order at a desk. Having said this, it is annoying that there is no table service if you just want to chill out and have a nice meal.

The food has a large variety of meats and vegetarian options that are all spiced accordingly. If you don't like spicy food it's probably best to go with the lemon spicing, but if you like your chili then I would advise the extra hot - a personal favourite!

There are many side dishes you can have at nando's, such as chips, coleslaw and corn on the cob. The soft drinks are refillable which makes for great value and is a good way of cooling down after a spicy meal! Beers and other drinks can be a bit pricey however.

The food is delivered quickly and it's always a good fast easy option if you are on the go.

Summary: a great place to go out, not too expensive and good value
