Advantages: Great buzz for hot heads.

Disadvantages: Not great if you like the quiet.

Nando's is named as a restaurant but I'd say it is a top class fast food diner. The food is absolutely great if you have a taste for strong flavors and spicy food. It's always fresh, quick to the table, and they have good customer service. People love and hate fast food, but this is a great mix and atmosphere. Personally if I had a choice between a 5* restaurant and Nando's, I'd choose the latter. It is a great place to take the family; they have a variety of tasty, healthy food for the little ones. I see nando's as a treat, once a month or so.

As for the service, the staff are always at hand if you need them, as well as offering service... (Although, having them ask you if you need anything a hundred times, in your half hour sitting, can be a BIT disturbing). I would say Nando's customer service is good, not great but good enough for me to write a good review about the restaurant! The staff are all different and I'm not the one to moan if I don't get a smile out of them. But it does make the experience more pleasant when they do engage in small talk. Obviously, it varies in its many branches. I would say the staff are normally very friendly, and as the restaurant is always busy, they are always under pressure. In my opinion, I'm not that bothered as long as the food lives up to its expectations!

Well as for the food, it's Portuguese, very distinctive, very strong flavors and can be as spicy as you can handle! They have a good option to suit everyone's taste, but I must say it's not for the weak! They have variety of drinks, Alco-pops, wine and beers too. You must remember they only specialize in chicken! But it's always mouth-watering.

Summary: Mouth-watering.
