Advantages: its clean and the food is amazing!

Disadvantages: if you don't like chicken don't go, the waiting time can be long but worth it!

I went to Nandos yesterday for a friends birthday, not knowing what exactly I was letting myself in for as I'd never been before. After being reassured by my friends that it was a pretty awesome restaurant, i decided to take the leap!
The first thing I noticed about Nandos was the menu, I found it quite confusing to understand what exactly I had to pay because of the many prices thrown about the page, I'm guessing it useful I was surrounded by regulars otherwise I'd have been totally lost.
So I looked through the menu and decided to have a lemon and herb Chicken burger and chips, with a bottomless drink which all came to around £8 which was quite nice because I'd been told only to bring £10 by my friends however, me being me, brought about £20 because I didn't want the embarassment of not being able to pay the bill at the end should the price have been underestimated.
When the food came, it was well presented and looked abit like eating a home cooked meal out as it looked quite healthy! This I wasn't expecting considering the price! I't tasted absolutely fabulous! The lemon and herb sauce complimented the chicken so well and when I added garlic and peri peri sauce to my chips, I have to say I was quite impressed!
Having a bottomless drink was nice however I wasn't really that thirsty so it didn't really work for me but I'd definitely get one next time.
I love the way that Nandos works. You get taken to your table, because you go up to the bar and ask for your food, you can take as long as you want, although we were waiting atleast 25 minutes for our meals as it was a busy friday night, the end result was well worth the wait!
The drinks are brought to your table and when you want a refill, theres a machine near by so you can sort yourself out with what drink you want and how much ice you require. The staff, I found to be friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Perfect for a family meal.

Summary: Great food, well worth going to, i'm definitely going back soon!
