Awful rubbery food (Nandos)

Nando's is a strange place - it's not quite a 'proper' restaurant and it's not quite a fast food outlet... it's stuck somewhere in between.

Let me explain... go to Nando's and you'll be shown to a table. Choose what you want from the menu (chicken anyone?) and you'll then have to get up again to queue up and place your order - it's a bit like McDonald's in reverse!

Once the food comes you'll find that the portions are very small and that it tastes off - kind of rubbery. The chicken didn't really seem like chicken and the chips were awful! We didn't stay for dessert!

On the plus side, Nando's is licenced so you can at least have a couple of beers with your meal. And to be fair the place was clean and tidy, and they do a loyalty scheme - it's just a pity that I'll never go back there to use it!

Summary: Only go there if everywhere else is shut
