Nando's is a bit disappointing (Nandos)

Advantages: The sauces

Disadvantages: The tiny peeople portions

I've been to Nando's a few times recently and each occasion makes it a little less impressive. While the portions in my mind used to be generous, the last time I went, in Nottingham, they seemed to be suffering from severe budget cuts. I ordered a burger, which they couldn't provide, so I had a pitta instead. That was fair enough and not too problematic. However, when it eventually arrived the chicken piece was so small, the extra cheese so stingy and the portion of chips so tiny that I had to go out and eat a huge
piece of cake afterwards to make myself feel better.

While the people were generally nice, and the decor as novel as usual, it really puts a dampener on things when the food is substandard.

I remember the good old days of large portions and value for money. Sigh. Well, I suppose I can admit that all the sauces and mayo are as good as ever.

There we are then, go to Nando's, order yourself a huge plate of chips and start dipping as much of the different sauces as you can!

Summary: Not really worth it
