I visited a local Italian restaurant in Doncaster called Opera Ristorante and had a fantastic meal. A full menu covering pizzas, pasta including seafood which satisfies the vegetarian element was on offer. The house white was delicious as were the home-made puddings especially the tiramisu! The atmosphere was very italian with an excited commentary on the Italian football game flowing from the kitchen and a matricahal figure observing the comings and goings of the restaurant. The owners couldn't do enough to help and took time to explain the contents of the meal when asked. The service was excellent and we weren't rushed at all. £27 for a three course meal with wine. Another booking coming their way.
