The Oxford Street brasserie is situated in the centre of Harrogate on Oxford Street directly above jojo Maman Bebe. Given that it is on the first floor it is hard to spot and could explain why it's not getting the passing trade that it deserves. Having dined there this weekend (our second visit to this establishment) I felt it very sorry for them as they have got everything right apart from the location and it's hurting them.
