Atmosphere ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~ We dined at about 1pm lunchtime on a bank holiday and it wasn't too busy, but there was a nice ambience from the chatter coming from diners spread out within the restaurant. My fiancé and I have often considered going into Patcharee to eat whenever we go into Kingston, as they have a lunchtime offer between 12noon - 3pm. We finally ate in there recently as we met up with 2 of his friends and as we met them at the train station; it was only a short walk away. Location ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The restaurant is located around the corner from Kingston Railway Station and you have to walk underneath the railway bridge and towards the part of town that looks a bit run down and dodgy.
